1. Booking Amount

A booking amount holds the selected car for seven calendar days. It is fully refundable within that window if you decide not to proceed. After seven days the booking lapses and the car returns to open stock.

2. Pricing

Listed prices are for the car only. RTO transfer charges, insurance premium and, where applicable, loan processing fees are charged at actuals and shown to you before the final invoice.

3. Condition and Inspection

Every car is sold on an as-inspected basis. The 150-point report is provided in writing before booking. We disclose known accident history, repainted panels and replaced components. Normal wear and tear on a pre-owned car is expected and is not treated as a defect.

4. Warranty

Certified cars carry a six-month warranty on the engine and transmission from the date of delivery. The warranty excludes consumables, wear items, damage from misuse, accidents and unauthorised modifications. Extended warranty is available at additional cost.

5. Finance

Loan approval rests entirely with the lender. Indicative EMI figures shown on this site are estimates and do not constitute an offer of credit. Rates, tenure and eligibility are confirmed by the lender.

6. Ownership Transfer

We assist with the RC transfer, NOC and insurance transfer. Statutory timelines are set by the RTO and are outside our control, though we track and follow up on every file until it closes.

7. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled from your account while the status is Pending or Confirmed. Once the order moves to Documentation, cancellation is handled case by case and any third-party charges already incurred are deducted.

8. Selling to Us

Valuations are valid for seven days and are subject to physical inspection. A quote may be revised if the car is found to differ materially from what was declared.
