What We Collect

Your name, mobile number, email and address when you create an account, place an order, book a test drive, request a valuation or apply for finance. For finance applications we additionally collect employment and income details that the lender requires.

Why We Collect It

To respond to your enquiry, process your order, arrange the paperwork for a sale, and share the minimum required information with the lender when you apply for a loan. We also use your contact details to update you about the status of your order.

Who We Share It With

Lenders and insurance partners, only when you have asked us to arrange finance or insurance, and the RTO for statutory transfer formalities. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

How Long We Keep It

Order and invoice records are retained as long as required by tax and motor vehicle regulations. Enquiries and valuations that do not convert are retained for two years.

Your Choices

You can view and correct your details at any time from your account page. To request deletion of your data, write to us at the email address on the contact page — we will remove everything not required by law.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to remember your cart, and browser storage to remember display preferences such as grid or list view. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
